Qualiopi compliance

Auto-calculated and declarative indicators

Understand the difference between indicators derived from your data and those you attest by hand, with evidence.

Updated on May 29, 2026

Not all Qualiopi indicators are steered the same way. Certeef distinguishes two families.

Auto-calculated indicators

They are derived from your activity and recomputed on each visit. You don’t edit them by hand: to turn them green, you act on the data. A few examples:

  • every published training has its title, description and duration;
  • every published training has its seven teaching fields and documents online;
  • every completed session has present, signed learners;
  • every trainer has their NDA, CV and diploma;
  • no overdue complaint, at least one improvement action tracked.

The benefit: you can’t wrongly self-declare as compliant. The evidence is born from usage.

Declarative indicators

The other indicators are attested by hand. For each, you choose a status, add an explanatory note and, ideally, an evidence link. They cover what the app can’t derive on its own (procedures, monitoring, resources, etc.).

Not applicable

Some indicators only concern apprenticeship, VAE or CFAs. If they don’t concern you, set them to not applicable: they then drop out of the score calculation.

And then?

Whatever the type, gaps surface in the “To fix” section. See Fix non-compliances.

Frequently asked questions

Can I edit an auto-calculated indicator?
No. An auto-calculated indicator reflects the real state of your data and recomputes itself. To turn it green, act on the source data (publish a document, complete a trainer file, etc.).
How do I attest a declarative indicator?
Choose its status (compliant, non-compliant, not applicable), add a note and, if possible, an evidence link.
