A learner is one participation in a session. The counter adds up participations in sessions whose start date falls within your current subscription year, a rolling 12-month window anchored on your subscription date. The same person enrolled in two sessions therefore counts as two learners. On each subscription anniversary, the counter resets to zero for the new year.

As you approach the quota, we let you know. Once the quota included in your tier is reached, starting new sessions is blocked: to raise the limit immediately, simply move up to the next tier (the change takes effect right away. On the top tier, contact us for a custom Enterprise plan. No surprise overage billing, no forced automatic upgrade) you stay in control of when you move up.

If you move up a tier, the change is immediate: you get the new limit right away, and we calculate a prorated charge so you only pay the difference for the time left in your current period. If you move down a tier, the new price applies at the end of your current billing period: you keep your current tier until then, losing nothing.

On the monthly plan, none: you're billed month by month and can stop whenever you want. On the annual plan, you pay twelve months upfront, with two months free versus monthly, for the duration of the subscription.

Yes, every price shown is in euros excluding tax. French VAT of 20% is added on the invoice. If your organization is liable for VAT, you reclaim it as usual.

Both give access to exactly the same features. Monthly has no commitment and is ideal to get started. Annual is cheaper, two months free, and is paid once. You can switch from monthly to annual whenever you like.
