From Continuous improvement, create an entry: complaint, audit gap, learner or trainer feedback. Link it to the relevant training, session or document.
Open a corrective action
- Describe the action to take.
- Assign an owner.
- Set a deadline.
Track to closure
The action follows a clear cycle: open → in progress → in review → resolved → closed. Notifications alert the owner at each step.
Traceability
Every change is timestamped and commented. The auditor sees a real process, not a reconstructed binder.
