Get a document signed electronically

Electronic signature lets you have the documents required by Qualiopi signed with legal probative value — starting with the training agreement.

Start a request

An admin triggers a signature request, for example an agreement for a training and a company. The document is prepared (generated or taken from your files), a signature page is added to it, then it is sent to the signers by email.

Several signers

You define the recipients and their role: signer, approver or cc, with an order. Each one receives their link and signs online, without an account.

Track progress

The request follows a clear cycle:

draft → sent → viewed → completed

A request can also be declined, expired or cancelled. You see each signer’s state in real time.

The signed document

Once all signatures are collected, the signed PDF and its audit trail are archived. The admin can download the final document via a secure link. It’s this piece, dated and traced, that you present at audit.
