Electronic signatures
Contracts and administrative documents
Generate and get subcontracting and training contracts signed, and set the organization's legal representative.
Updated on June 4, 2026
Beyond conventions, Certeef generates and gets contracts signed with probative value, from editable templates, via Certeef Sign.
Subcontracting and training contracts
Two contract types are available:
- Subcontracting contract (organization ↔ trainer) — from the trainer record: service, dates, amount, template editor and request list. Covers indicator 27.
- Training contract (organization ↔ individual learner) — from the Documents tab of the learner record: training picker, template editor and request list. Covers direct B2C sales.
Each contract relies on an editable HTML template per type, with variables and defaults.
Legal representative and archiving
The organization’s legal representative (name and title) is set in the billing profile: it is injected into regulatory documents and pre-fills the “organization-side” signer. Convocations and attendance certificates can be archived as permanent proof.
