Which contracts can I get signed?

The subcontracting contract (organization ↔ trainer, indicator 27) and the training contract (organization ↔ individual learner), from editable HTML templates, signed via Certeef Sign.

What is the legal representative for?

It is the organization's authorized signer. Set in the billing profile, it is injected into regulatory documents (attendance certificate, certificate, convention) and pre-fills the organization-side signer of contracts.

Can I customise the contract template?

Yes. Each contract type has an editable HTML template with variables (signer name, training title, dates, amount…). Edit the template from Settings → Documents before generating.

Is the contract legally binding without a wet signature?

Yes. Certeef Sign produces an electronically signed PDF with audit trail. This qualifies as a legally valid signature under French law (eIDAS regulation).

Beyond conventions, Certeef generates and gets contracts signed with probative value, from editable templates, via Certeef Sign.

Prerequisites

Admin role.
Legal representative configured in Settings → Billing profile.

1. Subcontracting contract (indicator 27)

From the trainer record, generate a subcontracting contract:

Click New subcontracting contract.
Enter service details: scope, dates, amount.
Edit the HTML template if needed (variables are pre-filled).
Send the signature request to the trainer and to your legal representative.
The signed PDF is archived in the trainer record.

Tip: the subcontracting contract covers Qualiopi indicator 27. Once signed, the indicator is automatically turned compliant.

2. Training contract

From the Documents tab of a learner record, generate a training contract for direct B2C sales:

Click New training contract.
Select the training concerned.
Edit the template and send the signature request.
The signed PDF is archived in the learner record.

3. Legal representative

The organization’s legal representative (name and title) is set in Settings → Billing profile. It is injected into all regulatory documents and pre-fills the organization-side signer of contracts.

Important: set the legal representative before generating your first contract, changing it afterwards does not update already-generated documents.
