The calendar gives you a visual overview of all your sessions — past, upcoming, and in progress — at a glance.
Prerequisites
- Administrator or trainer role.
- At least one scheduled session in your workspace.
1. Open the calendar
Click Calendar in the sidebar. The calendar opens by default on the current week, centred on today.
2. Navigate the calendar
Use the left/right arrows to move forward or backward in time. Three display modes are available in the top right:
- Month — overview, ideal for visualising monthly workload.
- Week — detailed view with time slots, recommended for daily use.
- Day — zoom in on a specific day.
Click Today to return to the current date.
3. View a session’s details
Click an event in the calendar to open a quick preview: training, trainer(s), enrolled learners, status. Click View session to go to the full session page.
Tip: event colours reflect session status — a quick visual cue to spot unconfirmed (pending) or archived sessions.
4. Filter the view
Use the filters at the top of the calendar to narrow the display to:
- a specific trainer;
- a specific training;
- a specific status (draft, confirmed, completed).
Tip: as an admin, filter by trainer to plan assignments without scheduling conflicts.
Next steps
- Schedule a session and manage attendance — create new sessions from the training page.
- Export or archive a session — retrieve data from a completed session.

- Can the calendar be exported?
- Not directly from the calendar view. To export session data, use the export options available from the session detail page (see Export or archive a session).
