Attendance sheet and signatures
Record presence, timestamp arrival and departure, and let your learners sign their attendance during the session.
Updated on May 29, 2026
Attendance is your assiduity evidence. It becomes active once the session has started (Delivery phase) and only concerns confirmed or present learners.
Record presence
For each learner, the admin enters an arrival time and a departure time. The learner then moves to the present status, and the effective duration is calculated automatically. While the session stays scheduled, the sheet is visible but greyed out.
Learner signature
On the learner side, from their path, a signature button appears when the session is open and within its time window. Signing is refused outside that slot — keeping the evidence consistent with the real training time.
Fix an entry
The Clear button resets a row’s attendance and moves the learner back to confirmed. You can also reopen a closed session for post-session catch-up.
Towards compliance
A completed session where every learner is present and has signed, with a published certificate template on the training, satisfies indicator 11. See Understanding the compliance dashboard.
For a signature with legal probative value (agreement, certificate), see electronic signature.
