Sessions & attendance
Issue the completion certificate
Generate the completion certificate per learner and per closed session, with its attendance rate computed from the signed attendance.
Updated on June 4, 2026
The completion certificate attests that a training action was actually delivered. It is issued per learner and per closed session, reusing the attendance already collected at sign-in.
Generate the certificates
In the session’s Closing phase, the completion-certificate block offers one certificate per learner. Generation allocates a sequential number (prefix CR), computes the attendance rate (hours delivered vs planned) and archives the PDF. The document is then downloadable.
Mentions and funder
The certificate carries the legal mentions (beneficiary, action, attendance) and can show the funder entered in funding tracking. The organization’s legal representative (billing profile) is injected into it.
Next step
Check funding in manage funding and freeze the file via export or archive a session.
