Feedback & improvement
Satisfaction surveys
Build your hot and cold surveys, send them after a session and analyze the results, NPS included.

Surveys collect feedback from your stakeholders — learners, companies, trainers. They feed Qualiopi indicator 28 and fuel continuous improvement.
Build a survey
From Settings, create a hot or cold survey, then add your questions. Several types are available: rating, scale, single choice, multiple choice, free text, yes/no. A scale question can be flagged as NPS. A survey is published as soon as it has at least one question.
Send a campaign
From a completed session, in the “Feedback collection” block, pick a published survey and tick the recipients: confirmed or present learners, linked companies, assigned trainers. Each recipient gets an email with a personal link to the survey. You can manually re-send to those who haven’t replied.
Respond (no account)
The recipient opens their link and fills the form. No sign-in: the response is validated by the link itself, single-use.
Analyze the results
Analysis is available where it makes sense: on each session and, aggregated, on each training. You read the response rate, the average score (normalized to 5), the NPS and the hot / cold breakdown.
Loop back to improvement
A low score can give rise to an improvement record, turning feedback into a concrete action.
Frequently asked questions
- What's the difference between a hot and a cold survey?
- The hot survey is sent at the end of a session to capture immediate feedback. The cold survey comes later to measure the training's effect over time.
- Does the learner need to sign in to respond?
- No. They receive a single-use public link and respond without an account.
