Surveys collect feedback from your stakeholders, learners, companies, trainers. They feed Qualiopi indicator 28 and fuel continuous improvement.
Prerequisites
- Admin role.
- At least one published survey (see step 1).
1. Build a survey
From Settings → Surveys, create a hot or cold survey:
- Set a name and type (hot / cold).
- Add questions: rating, scale, single choice, multiple choice, free text, yes/no.
- For an NPS question, flag the scale question as NPS.
- Publish the survey (requires at least one question).
Tip: keep surveys short, 5 to 8 questions max. Response rates drop sharply with longer surveys.
2. Send a campaign
From a completed session, in the Feedback collection block:
- Select a published survey.
- Tick the recipients: confirmed or present learners, linked companies, assigned trainers.
- Click Send : each recipient gets an email with a personal link.
Astuce : a campaign can be set to send automatically when the session opens, and non-respondents are reminded automatically. See Automatic reminders.
3. Respond (no account needed)
The recipient opens their link and fills the form. No sign-in required: the response is validated by the single-use link.
4. Analyze the results
Survey results are available at two levels:
- Session level : response rate, average score, NPS, and per-question breakdown for that session.
- Training level : aggregated results across all sessions of that training.
Important: positioning questionnaires (before/after) are excluded from satisfaction reports. They appear in their own section. See Before/after positioning.
What’s next?
- Before/after positioning : measure learner progress beyond satisfaction.
- Handle a complaint : convert low scores into improvement actions.
Frequently asked questions
- What's the difference between a hot and a cold survey?
- The hot survey is sent at the end of a session to capture immediate feedback. The cold survey comes later to measure the training's effect over time.
- Does the learner need to sign in to respond?
- No. They receive a single-use public link and respond without an account.
- Can I send a survey to the trainer as well as to learners?
- Yes. When sending a campaign, you can choose recipients: confirmed or present learners, linked companies, and assigned trainers.
- Which Qualiopi indicator do surveys cover?
- Surveys primarily feed indicator 28 (learner satisfaction measurement). The response rate and average score are evidence in your audit file.
