Manage mandatory documents
Upload and version the six types of teaching documents Qualiopi expects for each training.
Updated on May 29, 2026
Each training carries its documents in the Documents tab. They are sorted by type, versioned and dated.
The six document types
| Type | Use |
|---|---|
| Teaching programme | The detailed training programme |
| Course material | The materials handed to learners |
| Welcome booklet | Practical onboarding information |
| Internal rules | Rules that apply during the training |
| Certificate template | The end-of-training certificate model |
| Terms (T&Cs) | Your general terms |
Upload a document
The admin picks a type and uploads a file (PDF, JPG, PNG or DOCX, ≤ 10 MB). The document is created as a draft with an automatic version number.
Publish and version
When you publish a version, the previously published version of the same type is automatically archived: there is therefore only one active version at a time per type. Archived versions stay viewable — that is your evidence history. See Version a document.
Link to compliance
Publishing these documents directly feeds several Qualiopi indicators (programme, booklet, rules, terms for indicator 2; course material for indicator 19). The compliance dashboard flags any published training missing an expected document.
Good practice
Upload the document when it is approved, not the night before the audit. Evidence dated as you go is always stronger than a folder rebuilt after the fact.
