Fill in the title, the modality and the seven teaching fields Qualiopi expects before you publish your training.

Updated on June 14, 2026 Read: 6 min

A training brings together a descriptive record, its scheduled sessions and its documents. You create one from the Trainings page.

Prerequisites

  • Admin role.

1. Fill in the record fields

Click New training and set:

  • Title (clear, unambiguous)
  • Short description
  • Reference duration in hours
  • Modality: in-person, remote, e-learning, or hybrid

Tip: the reference duration feeds the attendance rate on completion certificates. Set it accurately from the start.

2. Fill in the seven teaching fields (indicator 2)

In the Programme tab, complete the seven fields the Qualiopi framework expects:

  1. Target audience : profile of the learners (role, sector, level)
  2. Prerequisites : skills or experience required before the training
  3. Learning objectives : what the learner will be able to do afterwards
  4. Programme : breakdown into modules, progression, indicative durations
  5. Teaching methods : lectures, case studies, role-play, e-learning
  6. Assessment methods : quizzes, practical situations, certification
  7. Accessibility : possible adaptations, accessibility referent, lead time

Important: all seven fields are required for compliance (indicator 2). Incomplete trainings appear in the “To fix” list of the compliance dashboard.

3. Add modules and target skills

In the Modules tab, structure the teaching breakdown with ordered modules (title, objectives, duration). Their total duration is compared to the reference duration.

In the Programme tab, the Target skills section relies on a reusable organization-level skills framework.

4. Publish

Once the record is complete, click Publish. The training moves from draft to published and becomes visible to trainers and learners.

Frequently asked questions

Is a training visible as soon as it is created?
No. A training stays a draft until you publish it. Only published trainings are visible to trainers and learners, and count towards compliance.
Do I have to fill the seven teaching fields immediately?
You can create the record with a title and modality, then complete the teaching fields later in the Programme tab. They are, however, required for Qualiopi compliance.
Can I schedule a session before publishing the training?
No. The training must be published before sessions can be scheduled. This ensures that sessions are always attached to a finalized training record.
What happens to sessions if I archive a training?
Past sessions are preserved with their attendance data. Future sessions should be cancelled before archiving.
