Trainings & documents
Create a compliant training
Fill in the title, the modality and the seven teaching fields Qualiopi expects before you publish your training.
Updated on May 29, 2026
A training brings together a descriptive record, its scheduled sessions and its documents. You create one from the Trainings page.
The record fields
When you create it, you set the title, a short description, a reference duration (in hours) and the modality. The seven teaching fields are then completed in the Programme tab.
Choosing the modality
In-person, remote, e-learning or hybrid: the modality describes how the training is delivered. Pick the one that matches your real setup — it drives the expected evidence.
The seven teaching fields (indicator 2)
The Qualiopi framework expects seven elements for each programme. They map to the seven fields in the Programme tab:
- Target audience — profile of the learners (role, sector, level).
- Prerequisites — skills or experience required before the training.
- Learning objectives — what the learner will be able to do afterwards.
- Programme — breakdown into modules, progression, indicative durations.
- Teaching methods — lectures, case studies, role-play, e-learning.
- Assessment methods — quizzes, practical situations, certification.
- Accessibility — possible adaptations, accessibility referent, lead time.
Statuses
A training moves through three states: draft, published, archived. Only published trainings are visible to trainers and learners — and enter the compliance calculation.
Next step
Add the mandatory documents: see Manage mandatory documents, then schedule a session.
Frequently asked questions
- Is a training visible as soon as it is created?
- No. A training stays a draft until you publish it. Only published trainings are visible to trainers and learners, and count towards compliance.
- Do I have to fill the seven teaching fields immediately?
- You can create the record with a title and modality, then complete the teaching fields later in the Programme tab. They are, however, required for Qualiopi compliance.
