Trainer path and qualifications

The trainer record consolidates their path and qualifications, useful for steering and Qualiopi compliance (indicators 17, 21/22, 27).

Prerequisites

• Admin role or trainer (for their own record).
• Trainer record already created. See Manage your trainers.

1. Professional experiences

The Professional experiences section structures the path in a queryable format:

• Role and employer
• Period (an empty end date means “ongoing”)
• Description of responsibilities

Tip: structured experiences are easier to filter and audit than a non-actionable PDF CV. Both coexist, use the structure for day-to-day steering, the PDF for formal submissions.

2. Delivered trainings

The Delivered trainings section links the trainer to the catalog trainings they are qualified to deliver. This differs from the sessions they were actually assigned to (shown in the Intervention history tab).

Important: keep this list up to date, it feeds the compliance check for indicator 17 (trainer expertise matched to training content).

3. Development plan

The Skills development plan is forward-looking: upcoming goals and actions with a due date and a closing date. It complements the Training history (trainings already taken, uploaded in the Documents tab).

• Build a trainer file : upload CV and diploma required for indicator 21.
• Contracts and administrative documents : get the subcontracting contract signed.
