Beyond identity, the trainer record hosts the pieces that demonstrate their qualification, a key point for Qualiopi compliance.
Prerequisites
- Admin role or trainer (for their own record).
- Trainer record already created. See Manage your trainers.
1. Upload documents
From the trainer record’s Documents tab:
- Click Upload next to the document type (CV, diploma, or other).
- Select the file (PDF, JPG, PNG or DOCX, ≤ 10 MB).
- The document is saved and downloadable via a secure link generated on demand.
Tip: trainers can upload their own documents after signing in, no need for an admin to handle every file.
2. The skills development plan
In the Development plan tab, log the trainings the trainer has taken or is currently pursuing:
- Title and organization
- Date and status (Completed or In progress)
Important: this entry is free text, it is not linked to your training catalog. It documents the ongoing development of your instructors’ skills and directly feeds Qualiopi indicator 21/22.
3. Link to compliance
Indicator 21 is satisfied when each trainer has their NDA filled in, a CV and a diploma uploaded. The compliance dashboard lists the trainers whose file is still incomplete.
What’s next?
- Manage your trainers : fill in the NDA and reach the “Complete” status.
- Trainer path and qualifications : structure professional experiences and forward-looking development goals.
