Automatic certification and learner tracking
Issue a certificate automatically when a course is completed, and track each learner's progress from their workspace.
Updated on June 4, 2026
Once the course is built and assigned, Certeef can issue a certificate automatically and gives the learner a consolidated view of their path.
Certification rules
In the course Certification tab, define the issuance conditions: progress threshold, quiz success, aggregate score. When a learner meets them, the certificate is generated (PDF) and attached to the (course, learner) pair, once.
Progress tracking
Progress and connection time are tracked per lesson and per course (resumed video playback, time heartbeat). You review progress in the course Statistics tab and on the learner record (E-learning tab).
The learner workspace
From their path, the learner finds My online courses, My certificates, My quiz results and My documents (published training documents, accessible through their sessions).
