Getting started

Dashboards by role

On sign-in, each member lands on a dashboard tailored to their role: admin, trainer or learner.

Updated on May 29, 2026

On sign-in, each member is directed to the dashboard that matches their role. Not everyone sees the same thing, and that’s by design.

Admin dashboard

An overview of the organization: key markers, quick access to trainings, compliance and billing. It is the control room of your quality process.

Trainer dashboard

The trainer finds their upcoming sessions (the ones they are assigned to), a reminder to fill in their NDA if it’s missing, and their personal documents (CV, diploma). See Build a trainer file.

Learner dashboard

The learner sees their learning path: their sessions, their status, and the signature button that appears at the right moment, when a session is open and within its time window.

Why this separation?

Giving each person the right view reduces mistakes and speeds up onboarding. The admin keeps a grip on compliance; the trainer focuses on their sessions; the learner on their path.

Frequently asked questions

Why can't a learner see compliance?
Each role only sees what concerns them. Compliance, billing and member management are reserved for admins.
