Getting started

Getting started with Certeef

Create your workspace, choose your plan, invite your team and import what you already have to start steering your compliance.

This guide walks you through your first kickoff, from creating the workspace to your first training.

1. Create your workspace

When you sign up, you create the organization that represents your training body: its name and contact details. This information then feeds your documents and exports. A single user can belong to several organizations (handy if you work with more than one center).

2. Choose your plan

Full access requires a subscription, indexed on your number of learners. You pick a tier (from 100 to 3,000 learners) and a monthly or annual billing period. Until a subscription is active, the workspace is created but pending. See Manage your subscription.

3. Invite your team

Add your colleagues and give each one a fitting role: admin, trainer or learner. Each role opens exactly the screens that person needs. See Invite members and understand roles.

4. Import what you have

No need to start from scratch:

  • import your learner cohorts from a file (see Manage and import learners);
  • create your trainings and upload your teaching documents as you go.

What’s next?

Once the workspace is framed, create your first training, schedule a session and let the evidence build itself. See Create a compliant training.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to set up Certeef?
Plan for a first 90-minute kickoff to create the workspace, invite your team and enter a first training. Compliance then builds up over time as you schedule your sessions.
Do I have to re-enter everything by hand?
No. You can import learners in bulk and upload your existing trainings and documents right from the start.
