Sign in with Google or Microsoft
Use your Google or Microsoft account to sign in to Certeef without a separate password.

Certeef supports one-click sign-in via Google and Microsoft — no separate Certeef password to remember.
1. Sign in with Google or Microsoft (first time)
- Go to the Certeef sign-in page.
- Click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft.
- A window from your identity provider opens: select the account to use.
- Authorise Certeef to access your profile (name, email address).
- You’re signed in.
Important: the email address of your Google or Microsoft account must exactly match the one registered in Certeef. If it doesn’t, you’ll be prompted to create a new workspace rather than joining your existing organization.
2. Link an existing account (email/password → SSO)
If you first signed up with email and password and want to switch to Google/Microsoft:
- Sign in normally with email/password.
- Go to Preferences (top-right menu, your avatar).
- In the Sign-in methods section, click Link a Google account or Link a Microsoft account.
- Follow the authorisation flow.
Tip: once the link is established, you can use either email/password or SSO interchangeably to sign in.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I use both email/password and Google sign-in on the same account?
- Yes. If you created your Certeef account with an email/password, you can link your Google account (same email address) from your account preferences. Both methods will then work.
- Does Google/Microsoft sign-in work for trainers and learners?
- Yes, for all organization members regardless of role, provided the email address on their Certeef account matches the one on their Google or Microsoft account.
- Does my IT administrator need to authorise anything?
- For Microsoft accounts in organizations with strict consent policies, your Azure AD administrator may need to approve the Certeef application once. Contact your IT department if the Microsoft sign-in prompts you for admin approval.
- What happens if I change my Google email address?
- If your Google address changes, your Certeef account remains linked to the old address. Contact support to update the link between your Google identity and your Certeef account.
