Setting annual objectives

Define your annual targets (trainings, learners, funding) and track your progress in real time to steer your activity.

Annual objectives let you formalise your development commitments and track their achievement throughout the year — a requirement of Qualiopi criterion 7.

Prerequisites

  • Administrator role.

1. Access objectives

In the sidebar, go to Organization, then click Annual objectives.

2. Create objectives for the year

  1. Select the year from the picker at the top.
  2. Click + Add objective for each target to define.
  3. Choose the objective type:
    • Trainings — target number of training courses delivered.
    • Learners — target number of learners trained.
    • Funding — target total funding collected.
    • Satisfaction rate — target score on your surveys.
    • Custom — free-form objective (e.g. “Obtain 2 new certifications”).
  4. Enter the target value and optionally a comment providing context.
  5. Save.

Tip: define your objectives at the start of the year during your management review. Certeef keeps successive versions so you can show the evolution of your ambition over time.

3. Track progress

Return to Annual objectives at any time to see, for each objective:

  • the current value (calculated automatically for Trainings, Learners, and Funding objectives);
  • the achievement rate as a percentage;
  • a visual progress bar.

Custom objectives require a manual update of the current value.

4. Close out the year

At year end, add a closing comment to each objective to document results, causes of any gaps, and decisions taken. This review feeds your continuous improvement process.

Important: do not retrospectively change a target after year end — meeting the original objective is the proof that you managed rigorously.

Frequently asked questions

Are objectives mandatory for Qualiopi compliance?
Yes, in the spirit of the RNQ. Qualiopi criterion 7 covers continuous improvement, which includes defining objectives and tracking their achievement. Entering your objectives in Certeef provides documentary evidence of this approach.
Can objectives be set over multiple years?
Certeef manages objectives by calendar year. To define multi-year objectives, create objectives for each year concerned.
Who can edit objectives?
Only administrators. Trainers can view objectives but not modify them.
Do objectives appear in audit exports?
Yes. Objectives and their achievement rates are included in the audit ZIP export, as a summary document.
