The audit log records every change made in your workspace — useful for Qualiopi compliance and for tracking who modified something.
Prerequisites
- Administrator role.
1. Access the audit log
In the sidebar, go to Organization, then click Audit log. You see a list of events from most recent to oldest.
2. Read an event
Each row shows:
- the date and time of the change;
- the user who made the change;
- the entity type affected (training, session, learner, indicator…);
- the action type (created, updated, deleted);
- the before/after values for updates.
Tip: expand an event by clicking on it to see the full detail of changed fields with their before and after values.
3. Filter events
Use the available filters to narrow the list:
- Period — select a date range.
- User — isolate actions by a specific team member.
- Entity type — filter by trainings, sessions, compliance indicators, etc.
4. Export the log
Click Export to download the filtered events as a CSV file. This file can be provided to an auditor as a traceability proof.
Important: the export covers the current filtered selection. If you want to export the entire log, clear all filters before launching the export.
Next steps
- Fix non-compliances — the log helps identify who modified an indicator.
- Prepare an audit file and export as ZIP — combine the log with other evidence for a Qualiopi audit.
Frequently asked questions
- How long are events retained?
- Audit log events are kept indefinitely in your Certeef workspace. You can trace changes back to the creation of your organization.
- Who can access the audit log?
- Only administrators. Trainers and learners do not have access.
- Does the log cover user logins?
- No. The audit log tracks data changes (creation, update, deletion of entities), not authentication events such as logins and logouts.
- How can I prove to a Qualiopi auditor that my data is reliable?
- The audit log is your opposable trace: it shows that every change was made by an identified user at a precise time. Export it to provide it during an audit.
