Fix non-compliances
Use the 'To fix' list and its direct links to handle, in priority, the gaps that weigh on your score.
Updated on May 29, 2026
A compliance score is only useful if it tells you what to do. That’s the job of the “To fix” section of the compliance dashboard.
The ‘To fix’ list
Every gap detected on an auto-calculated indicator appears there, with a direct link to where to resolve it:
- to a training missing a document or a teaching field;
- to a trainer whose file is incomplete (NDA, CV, diploma);
- to continuous improvement when a complaint is overdue.
A simple method
- Open the “To fix” section.
- Click a gap to land directly on the data to complete.
- Fix it (publish a document, complete a file, handle a complaint).
- Come back to the dashboard: the indicator recomputes and the gap disappears.
Declarative indicators
For indicators attested by hand, “fixing” means setting the right status and attaching the evidence. See Auto-calculated and declarative indicators.
Stay on track
Handle gaps as you go rather than the night before the audit. The dashboard stays green because your activity is healthy — not because you caught up in a rush. For reading the score, see Understanding the compliance dashboard.
Frequently asked questions
- Where do I start when there are several gaps?
- The 'To fix' list surfaces gaps at the top. Each entry points to the exact place to act: the training, the trainer or the improvement record concerned.
