Fix non-compliances
Use the 'To fix' list and its direct links to handle, in priority, the gaps that weigh on your score.

A compliance score is only useful if it tells you what to do. That’s the job of the “To fix” section of the compliance dashboard.
Prerequisites
- Admin role.
1. Open the “To fix” list
From the Compliance dashboard, scroll to the “To fix” section. Every gap detected on an auto-calculated indicator appears there, with a direct link to where to resolve it:
- A training missing a document or a teaching field
- A trainer whose file is incomplete (NDA, CV, diploma)
- Continuous improvement when a complaint is overdue
2. Fix a gap step by step
- Click a gap entry to land directly on the data to complete.
- Fix it: publish the missing document, complete the trainer file, or handle the complaint.
- Come back to the dashboard: the indicator recomputes and the gap disappears.
Tip: fix gaps as you go rather than the night before the audit. The dashboard stays green because your activity is healthy, not because you caught up in a rush.
3. Declarative indicators
For indicators attested by hand, “fixing” means setting the right status and attaching the evidence. See Auto-calculated and declarative indicators.
Important: a declarative indicator won’t change status on its own, you must attest it explicitly. Check the “To handle” indicators regularly.
4. Continuous improvement
Recurring non-compliances or audit findings can be converted into improvement actions. These are tracked until resolved and feed the continuous improvement plan.
What’s next?
- Understanding the compliance dashboard : read your global score.
- Prepare an audit: evidence log and export : export the evidence once gaps are closed.
- Annual objectives : set quality targets to steer your improvement plan.
Frequently asked questions
- Where do I start when there are several gaps?
- The 'To fix' list surfaces the most impactful gaps first. Each entry points to the exact place to act: the training, the trainer or the improvement record concerned.
- Does fixing a gap update the score automatically?
- Yes. Auto-calculated indicators recompute in real time. Once you publish a missing document or complete a trainer file, the indicator turns green immediately.
- What should I do if a gap doesn't apply to me?
- Set the indicator to 'Not applicable'. It will be excluded from the score calculation. See Auto-calculated and declarative indicators.
- Can I track a recurring non-compliance over time?
- Yes. Create an improvement action from the compliance dashboard. It appears in the continuous improvement plan and is tracked until resolved.
