Understanding the compliance dashboard

The Compliance dashboard (admins only) shows the real-time state of the 7 criteria and 32 indicators of the French National Quality Framework (RNQ). It aggregates the data already in Certeef and completes it with what you attest by hand.

Two families of indicators

• Auto-calculated — derived from your activity (e.g. “every published training has its documents online”). You can’t fool yourself.
• Declarative — attested in a few clicks, with a note and, if needed, an evidence link.

The statuses

Each indicator carries a status: compliant, non-compliant, not applicable or to handle (the default for a declarative indicator).

How the score is calculated

• not-applicable indicators are excluded from the denominator;
• only compliant indicators count towards the numerator;
• if there is nothing to assess, no score is shown.

The score is calculated per criterion, then globally over the 32 indicators.

Applicability

Some indicators only concern apprenticeship, VAE or CFAs. If they don’t apply to you, set them to not applicable: they then drop out of the calculation.
