The Compliance dashboard (admins only) shows the real-time state of the 7 criteria and 32 indicators of the French National Quality Framework (RNQ). It aggregates the data already in Certeef and completes it with what you attest by hand.
Prerequisites
- Admin role.
1. Two families of indicators
- Auto-calculated : derived from your activity (e.g. “every published training has its documents online”). You can’t fool yourself.
- Declarative : attested in a few clicks, with a note and, if needed, an evidence link.
For the detail of this distinction, see Auto-calculated and declarative indicators.
2. The statuses
Each indicator carries one of four statuses:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Compliant | The indicator’s condition is met |
| Non-compliant | A gap exists |
| Not applicable | Excluded from your scope (VAE, apprenticeship…) |
| To handle | Default state for a declarative indicator not yet attested |
3. How the score is calculated
- Not-applicable indicators are excluded from the denominator.
- Only compliant indicators count towards the numerator.
- If there is nothing to assess, no score is shown.
The score is calculated per criterion, then globally over the 32 indicators.
Important: if you haven’t yet attested declarative indicators, your score will appear lower than your real compliance level. Attest each indicator systematically.
4. Manage applicability
Some indicators only concern apprenticeship, VAE or CFAs. If they don’t apply to you, set them to not applicable: they then drop out of the calculation.
Tip: set inapplicable indicators to “not applicable” from the start of your setup to get an accurate score immediately.
5. Act on gaps
The “To fix” section lists the gaps with a direct link to where you can resolve them.
What’s next?
- Fix non-compliances : handle gaps one by one.
- Auto-calculated and declarative indicators : understand the two families of indicators.
- Prepare an audit: evidence log and export : export your evidence pack for an auditor.
Frequently asked questions
- Where does the compliance score come from?
- It aggregates your real data (trainings, documents, sessions, trainers, complaints) and the indicators you attest by hand. Only compliant indicators count; not-applicable ones are excluded from the calculation.
- Is the dashboard always up to date?
- Yes. Auto-calculated indicators are recomputed on each visit from the real state of your workspace.
- Can I export the compliance evidence for an auditor?
- Yes. The 'Export audit file' button generates a ZIP archive with an HTML index, documents sorted by criterion, and a CSV log. See Prepare an audit.
- What is the difference between organization-level and training-level indicators?
- Organization-level indicators apply globally (procedures, resources, complaints). Training-level indicators play out per training (each training's Compliance tab). Per-training statuses roll up automatically into the organization dashboard.
