Certeef materializes the state (compliant / non-compliant) and the history (who, what, when) the auditor expects, organized by criterion and indicator, with no manual entry.
The audit log
The Audit log tab on the Compliance page records every evidence-bearing action and links it to the Qualiopi indicators concerned. It is a unified, filterable trail of the changes in your workspace.
Export the audit file
The Export audit file button generates a ZIP archive: an HTML index per criterion/indicator (statuses, notes, evidence), the documents sorted by criterion, and the CSV log. The archive is stored and downloadable via a secure link.
The document hub
The Documents page aggregates all your pieces (training and trainer documents) with the inferred indicators, and lets you find and download them in one place.
