Can several admins export the audit file?

Yes. The export button is available to all admins and generates a new archive on each request. The file reflects the state of the workspace at the moment of export.

Is the audit log tamper-proof?

The log records every action with its timestamp and user. It cannot be edited or deleted from the interface. It is the audit trail Certeef guarantees.

Certeef materializes the state (compliant / non-compliant) and the history (who, what, when) the auditor expects, organized by criterion and indicator, with no manual entry.

Admin role.

1. The audit log

From the Compliance page, open the Audit log tab. It records every evidence-bearing action and links each entry to the Qualiopi indicators concerned:

Document creation, publication, and archiving
Indicator status changes (organization and training level)
Improvement action creation and status changes
Digital signature completion

The log is filterable by indicator, action type, user and date range.

Tip: use the log as a proof of dispatch for Qualiopi, filtering by “invitation sent” or “document published” gives you a timestamped trail.

2. Export the audit file

Click Export audit file on the Compliance page:

Certeef generates a ZIP archive.
An email is sent with a secure download link (valid 24 h).
The archive contains:
- An HTML index organized by criterion and indicator (statuses, notes, evidence links)
- Documents sorted by criterion (PDF, images…)
- The CSV log of all actions

Important: the export reflects the state at the moment of generation. Re-export after making corrections to have an up-to-date archive.

3. The document hub

The Documents page aggregates all your evidence (training and trainer documents) with the inferred indicators, and lets you find and download everything in one place.
