Organization settings and profile

Two distinct areas let you configure your environment: organization settings (the training body side) and your preferences (the personal account side).

Prerequisites

• Admin role for organization settings.
• Any role for personal preferences.

Organization settings

Reserved for admins, accessible from Settings → Organization:

• Training body information : name, legal status, SIRET, address, legal representative (used in all generated documents)
• Member and invitation management : see Invite members and understand roles
• Billing and subscription : see Manage your subscription
• Satisfaction surveys : see Satisfaction surveys

Important: the legal representative name and the training body’s legal details appear on all PDF documents (certificates, attendance sheets, contracts). Keep them up to date.

Your preferences

Available to everyone from the user menu (top right):

• Profile : first name, last name, photo
• Security : password, connected accounts (Google, Microsoft)
• Email notifications : which events trigger an email to you

Multiple organizations

If you belong to several organizations, switch between them from the organization selector. Your personal preferences, however, stay the same everywhere.

Tip: if you manage several training bodies, create a separate organization for each. Data (trainings, learners, compliance) is fully isolated between organizations.
