Manage funding

Track the funding of each enrolment: type (OPCO, CPF, company…), funder, covered amount and status, up to the link with the invoice.

Funding is tracked at the level of each enrolment (learner × session), to record who funds and the covered amounts.

Record a funding arrangement

In a session’s Funding section, edit per learner: net price, funding type (OPCO, CPF, company, Pôle emploi, self-funded, other), funder, case reference, covered amount and status (none, pending, accepted, paid, refused). An indicative catalogue price can be set on the training.

Session aggregates

The section continuously shows the aggregates: invoiceable, covered, collected and remaining to collect, with the breakdown by status.

Toward invoicing and audit

Funded enrolments feed invoicing (generating invoices per company) and the funder is injected into the completion certificate.

Where is funding entered?
In the Funding section of a session's Preparation phase, learner by learner: price, funding type, funder, reference, covered amount and status.
Is funding linked to invoicing?
Yes. Each funded enrolment can be tied to an invoice (invoice_id link): that is what lets you generate invoices from the session and aggregate tracking by funder.
