What's the difference between individual and OPCO funding?

OPCO funding is linked to a company (the employer funds training for their employee via their OPCO). Individual funding is carried by the person themselves: CPF, France Travail, or self-funded. In Certeef, individuals are managed in a separate module from companies.

How does CPF integrate with Mon Compte Formation?

Certeef does not connect directly to Mon Compte Formation. You manually enter the approved CPF amount and the case number. Tracking the procedure on the official platform remains your responsibility.

Do individuals appear in the BPF export?

Yes. Individual funding is included in the BPF export alongside OPCO funding, provided the session and funding are properly entered.

Can a session have mixed funding (CPF + OPCO)?

Yes. You can create multiple funding allocations for the same session: a CPF portion carried by the individual and an OPCO portion carried by the company. The amounts are combined in exports.

Individual funding (CPF, France Travail)

Manage funding carried by individuals (CPF, France Travail, self-funded), separate from OPCO company funding.

When a learner funds all or part of their training individually (CPF, France Travail, self-funded), create them as an individual in Certeef to manage the funding separately from company billing.

Prerequisites

Administrator role.
The learner must already exist in Certeef.

1. Access the Individuals module

In the sidebar, click Individuals. This section lists all people with active or archived individual funding.

2. Create an individual

Click + New individual.
Search for the learner in the Learner field (type their name).
Enter billing details if they differ from the learner profile.
Save.

Tip: if the learner is also an employee of a client company, you can have a company record (for the OPCO portion) and an individual record (for the CPF portion) for the same person.

3. Add a funding allocation

From the individual’s detail page:

Go to the Funding tab.
Click + Add funding.
Choose the type: CPF, France Travail, or Self-funded.
Enter the approved amount, the session, and — for CPF — the case number.
Save.

Important: enter the approved amount (not the requested amount) — this is the value that feeds exports and the BPF.

4. Track funding status

In the Funding tab, each allocation shows a status:

Pending — declared but not yet confirmed.
Approved — funding confirmed.
Paid — payment received.
Rejected — the application was refused.

Update the status as soon as you receive confirmation from the funder.

5. Include in the BPF export

Individual funding entered in Certeef is automatically included when generating the Bilan Pédagogique et Financier. See Financial exports and BPF.
