Which exports are available?

Two CSV formats: the 'funder' export (detail per funded enrolment, attendance included) and the 'BPF' export (data for the French training and financial report).

Where do the figures come from?

From the funding tracking entered per enrolment: the Funding page aggregates by funding type and by funder, with no re-entry.

Can I filter the export by period?

Yes. The consolidated table and the exports can be filtered by date range (training start date) to match your fiscal or reporting period.

Financial and BPF exports

Review consolidated tracking by funder and export the data in funder format or as the French training and financial report (BPF).

The Funding page consolidates sales and teaching tracking to prepare your regulatory filings.

Prerequisites

Admin role.
Funding entered per enrolment. See Manage funding.

1. The consolidated table

The Funding page aggregates funding by funding type (OPCO, CPF, company…) and by funder, from the arrangements entered per enrolment. The table is filterable by date range.

Tip: review the consolidated table before exporting, check that all funded enrolments have a funder and a status. Missing entries will produce gaps in the export.

2. Export: funder format

Click Export (funder) to download a CSV with:

Detail per funded enrolment (learner, session, training)
Attendance data (hours planned vs delivered)
Funder, covered amount and payment status

Use this export to send a summary to an OPCO or another funder.

3. Export: BPF format

Click Export (BPF) to download a CSV formatted for the French training and financial report (Cerfa BPF : Bilan Pédagogique et Financier):

Training hours by type (in-person, remote, e-learning)
Learner counts by category
Revenue by funding source

Important: the BPF export uses data from completed sessions in the selected period. Make sure all sessions are closed and attendance is complete before exporting.
