The 32 Qualiopi indicators, explained simply
Seven criteria, thirty-two indicators. Rather than memorizing them, understand their logic so you know which evidence to produce.
The National Quality Framework (RNQ) comes down to 7 criteria split into 32 indicators. The list is daunting, but it follows a simple logic: describe, do, and prove you improve.
The 7 criteria in one line each
- Public information: what you advertise is clear and accurate.
- Objectives and fit: your services match real needs.
- Welcome and support: beneficiaries are accompanied.
- Resources: pedagogical, technical and supervisory, all adapted.
- Staff qualification: competent, up-to-date trainers.
- Professional environment: legal, sector and trade monitoring.
- Feedback and complaints: you listen and you correct.
Telling declarative from provable
Some indicators are observed in your data: does a published training have its objectives and documents? Others rely on an attestation backed by evidence. Knowing which category each indicator falls into stops you hunting for the wrong proof.
The right starting point
Don’t try to handle everything at once. Start from the indicators anchored to your real activity — trainings, sessions, trainers — then work up to the steering indicators. Compliance becomes a by-product of how you operate, not an extra task.
